Plot: Novel canon. Tony still has his humongous hard-on for Gilver, quite literally, and is still trying to get into his pants, with as much success as in Tony&Gilver, which means none. He does manage to drunkly slip into Gilver's bed in the doujinshi's second story, but he ends up sleeping the alcohol off instead of sexing Gilver up. When he tries to put the moves on him the next morning. Gilver throws him out the window.
